Appellation: Bianco di Toscana IGT

Varietal: Malvasia Bianca Lunga 100%

Location: Radda in Chianti

Harvest: by hand in perforated crates

Vinification: in French barriques (I and II passage)
from 228 and 225 L.

Aging: 12 months in French barriques, with 3 roulages per week,
followed by 6 months in concrete tanks

Food pairings:saffron risotto, fried chicken, washed-rind cheeses
